Nails, clothes, and makeup are not the only things flourishing in pastel hues this Spring. I am absolutely in love with all the pastel tresses I’ve been seeing all over the internet. As a woman who loves to color her strands, the boldest color step I’ve taken thus far has been platinum blonde.
