Hey guys…Sunday’s are always the day I try to remember to wash my makeup brushes. This picture is only half of them…lol! I use Johnson & Johnson gentle baby shampoo to gently wash my brushes at least once every 2-3 weeks.

I wet the brush, use a pea size amount of baby shampoo and squeeze it through the brushes until the makeup is completely out. Then I swirl the brushes around in water until no more color shows up. Squeeze the water out carefully and reshape them to their natural shape.

Tip:

-When drying, let the brush heads dry hanging off of the counter. This will help them dry evenly and prevent any unnatural flat sides.

Don’t let water get into the handle of your brushes. It can cause more wear and tear, could cause the bristles to come out and your brushes may not last as long overall.

Happy washing…your skin will thank you 🙂
