Hi! Well I’m 5’8 and I hate to say that I am not a workout buff. I thank my mother for my figure and genetically I’ve been pretty thin most of my life (my workouts in high school were only in basketball practice lol…yes I played basketball). My weight fluctuates gaining and losing 5 pounds or so from time to time. I am new myself to healthy eating and I believe you can eat anything as long as it’s in moderation. Right now I’ve started working out for 30-45 min at least 3 times a week (every M/W/F). Personally, I focus on abs, legs, and toning, not losing weight. I try to eat as healthy as I can, drink lots of water and limit fried foods and white bread (switched to whole wheat and whole grain). That’s it right now. I’m not doing anything that’s overkill or I won’t do it at all lol. So I stick with my own routine and build up to more over time 🙂 Mission summertime fine! Hope this helps you! Start simple is my best advice.
I'd love to know your workout routine/ daily eating habits. I'm 5'10" 153lbs and recently diagnosed w/ prehypertension and though not overweight with school + work I rarely workout. Your body is aMazing and would love a few tips to loose and keep off 10lbs or so… I'm sure your other readers would be interested!
