I started pursuing my makeup artist career back in college, so you can only imagine what my makeup collection drawer looks like. Over the years I’ve tried many brands of makeup brushes, so when an award winning makeup company sent me some of their brushes to give a shot, I was really excited!
IT Cosmetics (Innovative Technology Cosmetics) is all about “infusing cutting edge anti-aging technology into truly innovative, high performance color cosmetics.” They take pride in their “ultra-luxurious, super plush, 100% cruelty-free brushes.”
So let’s dive in shall we?
Left to Right:
Heavenly Luxe Mega Fan Brush (aka- double chin remover): primarily used for face contouring and body bronzing.
Jumbo Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush (aka-the big daddy): primarily used with powders for medium application, body makeup, and blending.
Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush (aka- heavenly brush): used with powders for full application, bronzing, and blending.
Dual Airbrush Foundation Concealer Brush (aka- dual foundation): primarily used for applying liquid foundations & concealers, and contouring.
Left to Right
Luxe Angled Radiance Brush (aka- angle brush): used for applying highlighters sparingly, and contouring.
Heavenly Luxe Wand Ball Brush (aka-illuminizer wand): used with powders for lightest application.
French Boutique Blush Brush (aka-ooh la la! brush): primarily used for blush application to apples of cheeks.
No Tug Heavenly Luxe Dual Eyeshadow Brush (aka- the no tug): used for all over eyeshadow & blending (fluffy side), and smudging and lining eyes (smaller side).
Now these are the top four brushes that I use on a regular basis. From left to right, the brush for my blush, the brush I use for my highlight, my powder foundation brush, and my contour brush. I love the way these apply my makeup and they are all easy to clean.
I know just from looking at this photo that you could feel through the screen how soft this brush is. All of the brushes are über soft!!! ::insert emoji heart eyes face::
The IT Cosmetics brushes are all made of high-quality synthetic hair and range from $15-$58. You can purchase them on the website here.
